My name is Daniel Gaitan and I’m a full time REALTOR® located in San Antonio, Texas.

Why RealEstateFacts.org?

This site is dedicated to helping bridge the gap between consumers and real estate professionals.

One thing I notice very early in my real estate career was how misinformed or not informed at all consumers really are. But, I have also seen real estate professionals that are either not up to date on current information or not receiving correct information.

Information is power, plain and simple. Whether it’s a consumer reading an article about how to sell a property faster or a real estate agent gaining valuable information on policy changes.

That’s why I have created RealEstateFacts.org

Blogger or Real Estate Professional?

If your like me you have been reading the latest tips and advice from your broker and sites like Inman News or RISMedia. One thing you probably keep on hearing about is Web 2.0, Blogs and Blogging is the future. Guess what, Blogs have been around for years. Many of the sites you visit everyday are blogs and you just don’t notice.

Blogs are the present, they offer you an opportunity to post information which could be read by thousands within hours or days. As a real estate professional take advantage of this opportunity and let the internet work for you.

Real Estate Professionals Needed?

In order for RealEstateFacts.org to become a success which it has the potential of becoming, I need your help. No not your money but your time and content. Listed below is who I am looking for:

• Real Estate Professionals - Ex. agents, brokers, mortgage brokers, loan officers, etc.
• Currently have a blog and have been blogging for some time.
• Located in different cities across the entire United States.
• Ability to report “local real estate news” for your area.
